Return Policy for Artigiano

At Artigiano, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items that meet our return criteria.

Return Condition:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused
In its original condition
In its original packaging (including tags and labels)
Not marked as non-returnable (such as archive sale or made-to-order items)

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed in the following manner:

For online purchases, refunds will be made to the same card used for the purchase.
For in-store purchases, refunds will be made to the same card or in cash (depending on the original payment method).

Unfortunately, we do not offer store credit for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Archive Sale items
Made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

We will guide you through the process and arrange for a pickup and delivery (available within the UAE and GCC). Please note that pickup charges are based on your location, and the timeframe for pickup may vary depending on where you are located.

For international returns, you may send the product back to us at the address below. Once we receive the item, we will exchange it or issue a refund. However, delivery charges for the replaced item will apply. Please contact customer service for more information on international exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will:

Process a refund or exchange based on your preference.
For manufacturer defects within the first month, we will either replace the item or repair it, depending on the nature of the issue.

Exchanges:

We offer in-store and at-home exchanges within the UAE and GCC.

If you choose at-home exchange service, please contact customer service for rates and the estimated timeframe for delivery, as these may vary based on location.
